Trace

A co-op registers each batch with its product, quantity and region. Every hand it passes through adds a step; certifiers add claims such as origin verified or no deforestation. A buyer scans the label and sees the whole journey, with no account. The exact farm location never goes on-chain: only a fingerprint the co-op can prove.

Warehouse receipts

Grain stored in a certified warehouse becomes a receipt you hold. Hand it to a buyer, collect the goods, or borrow SLD against it while you wait for a better price. Lenders fund the pool and earn the interest.

Weather cover

Cover against a dry (or flooded) season. If rainfall over the season crosses the line, every policy pays, with no claim form and no assessor: Seal's weather oracle reports it and the payouts are sent. The insurer puts up the money for every payout before selling.

Input credit

Your co-op pays the supplier for your seeds and fertiliser. When a buyer pays for your harvest through Seal, what you owe is settled first and the rest comes straight to you.
